Enviropave, L.L.C. was chartered as a Texas Limited Liability Company in 2000. The company was permitted by the Railroad Commission of Texas in September, 2000 as a crude oil reclamation facility, Permit Number 06-2167. In the same year Enviropave, L.L.C. became a wholly owned subsidiary of Enviropave Investors, Inc., a Texas corporation.

Governed by the rules and regulations of the Railroad Commission of Texas, Enviropave, L.L.C. is permitted to accept only non-hazardous, RCRA exempt oilfield waste from crude oil and natural gas drilling, production and storage operations.

From this location Enviropave serves the oil and natural gas industry in East Texas, West Louisiana, Southern Arkansas and Oklahoma.
